2016-02-15 08:39:28,668 [TSAPIEvent-1] DEBUG com.swhh.cs.a.t - Considering recording rules for station 2409 so far 0 screens

Cause

To record screen content at a particular Windows workstation whenever audio is recorded on a Communication Manager station, CS1000 DN or Position or (if running AACC without CM or CS1000) AACC Agent, you can enter the IP address or host name of the workstation in “Screen to Record” item.
If, on the other hand, you wish to record the screen content for particular agents, you can use System > Manage Users to associate an Agent ID with a Windows domain account. If you do this, the screen of that agent will be recorded along with the audio whenever they are logged in to a screen that has been configured with the "Capture Service".
User CCT link down, thus ACR cannot recording screen based domain user/agent setting, but ACR can still recording screen based hostname setting in station. There're some stations has no hostname setting, it caused these stations completely cannot do screen recording.

Solution

Fix CCT link problem (CCT username changed in this case which caused CCT link down), restarted AACC and ACR, then ACR can recording screen. Added hostname setting to all stations to prevent missing screen recording when CCT link down.

Note: the AES and CM link has problem also would cause the recording miss issue.
