P10:

Cause

CCT services was requesting licenses continuously. AACC LM had not CCT license to provide so this was rejected. This resulted in a memory leak

Solution

1. Upgrade licenses and include CCT Nodal License

2. Disable all CCT services since these services are not in use:

       1.       NCCT Data Access layer
       2.       NCCT Logging Service
       3.       NCCT OI Service
       4.       NCCT Server
       5.       NCCT SMON
       6.       NCCT Tapi Adapter
       7.       ACDProxyService
       8.       Telephony (TapiSrv)

3. AACC 7.0 will have a robustness added to account for the memory leak issue
