New G450 show "insertion failure" when running command "show mm"

When running the command show MM in the G450 to view all the cards, it shows "Insertion Failure"

The cards have been changed to know working G450's with no issues so the problem is not a card issue.
Edwin also installed a new G450 and receive the same fault.

When running command 'show mm" G450 shows insertion Failure

G450 software issue

Solution

run command on G450 "nvram init" to reset back to default and reload configure the G450
