Problem Clarification

Cannot see any designer or some standard reports through CMS Supervisor.

Check to see if they run with other logins like cms or cmssvc. If so, it could be just permissions on the designer report in cms.

/cms/cow/designer/reports

Cause

Corrupt CMS Supervisor cache file.

Cache corruption can also cause Supervisor to report that a user does not have permissions for things that they do have permissions for. This can also cause reports to sometimes display incorrectly.

There are a few bugs reported on CMS Web Reporter, most of them fixed on Release R18.0.1.0 is released

Solution

Remove CVS_Cache.tmp file under appdata (%appdata%)\Avaya\CMS Supervisor R1#\Cache\.

Ensure that the correct ACD is selected when pulling reports.
