VDN incorrectly processing DTMF (duplicated entry in vector)
 

Example: call VDN and press opt 4, DTMF tone appears to be carried over to next menu where there is no opt 4 and error message is played

Problem Clarification

VDN getting additional digit after single digit is pressed

Sniffer traces show duplicate digit in RTP stream ~300ms after originally dialed digit

Cause

SIP provider was sending duplicate DTMF digits ~300ms apart for each key press

Solution

Referred to SIP provider
