Avaya CMS Supervisor R18. MA022
The issue can happen on any version of CMS Supervisor.

Problem Clarification

When running scripts that display real-time ACD status windows are left running throughout the day, the error "Controller App Error" and CMS Supervisor crashes.
Note: installed and ran with no issues.

Problem does not occur for Windows 7 users or any other Windows 10 users

Cause

Possible glitched installation
Also, installation of other software can cause issues with CMS Supervisor, these can generally be resolved by removing all traces of it and installing the latest version available.

Solution

Advised to uninstall CMS Supervisor, search for and remove any registry keys that match the string "CMS Supervisor", open Windows Explorer, go to %APPDATA%, then Avaya, then remove any CMS Supervisor directories.

Install CMS Supervsior using below link :-

Reboot the PC and install again, ensuring to right click on the installer and select Install as Administrator.
