CM, G450: G450 gateway loses connection when secondary gateway is plugged

Customer is not able to add second G450 media gateway on CM. When customer tries to plug in the Second gateway to the data switch the first gateway loses the Connection and gets unregistered. There was no IP conflict as well.

Problem Clarification

The media gateway was configured properly and there was no IP conflict.

Cause

The second media gateway was having unresolved ARP in the ARP Table which was causing the issue. but customer was not allowed to execute the "no IP arp " in the gateway.

Solution

Requested Customer to remove the ARP table from the DATA SWITCH which Resolved the issue.
