Crashing when issue appears it sends 2 pop-up screens

Critical error

Avaya one-X Communicator has encountered a problem and will shutdown. Restart the application and try to log in again. if error continues, contact your Avaya authorized dealer.

Problem Clarification

Getting Avaya one-X Communicator Emulator R6.1 has stopped working error pop-up on 6 users.

Cause

Per OneXcommunciator logs version is 6.1.1.02 and latest releases contains next fixes for OneXcomm crash.

ONEXC-12065  One-XC crashes in different scenarios: hibernation, undocking, changing network interface

ONEXC-10257  1XC 6.2.1 freezes/hangs when undocking/docking the laptop 
ONEXC-10293  Issue Intermittently one-X communicator stop responding

 
Contents of one-X Communicator 6.2 SP5 release
Below is the complete list of contents delivered with this release in addition to fixes from the previous release.
ONEXC-11331  One-XC client got crashed when user deleted Telecommuter number from General Settings window

 
Important Fixes Delivered in 6.2 SP1
ONEXC-9567  Win-7, SIP: 1XC crashed on the system, after keeping the user on logged in idle state for longer duration of time (over week-end).
ONEXC-9572  Win-7, SIP: 1XC crashed on the system, after keeping the user on logged in idle state for more than 1 hour and after that try to make an outgoing call.  

Customer not received additona details end users if crash could be make sense with fixes latest release and/or provide exta details what they were doing previous to crash.

Solution

After upgrade OneXcommunicator 6.2 SP 11 that include all previous fixes no more issues reported.
