ITSD AES server  - xxxxxxxx is unable to ping and showing error message on server is "E1410 SYSTEM FATAL ERROR DETECTED".

Problem Clarification

AES server keep restarting again and again.

Cause

Hardware damage.

Solution

Replace the whole server: New install of AES, restore the system using backup file, re-host license to new server.

After all of these, the services of AES should have restored.
