Avaya Aura® Solution for Midsize Enterprise 6.2.2 template running over System Platform 6.3.4.08007.0

Problem Clarification

Customer shut down the system due to mainenance window in customer´s site. Then after the window finished and they turned on the system Cdom's web access is not available and HA is not also.

Cause

Known Issue in System Platform 6.3.4.08007.0

Issue described in PSN's PSN027003u & PSN027004u

Solution

Reinstall system with system platform 6.3.4.08011.0 or higher as described latest feature pack for MES template.
