On every start of the Supervisor, the Registry Key for Report Path will be overwritten with default values.
The Customer needs a specific path, the RegistryDefaults.bat does not work !

Problem Clarification

Default value comes under repositories for PCCOWCustReport after supervisor restart. It will reflect the below default values under regedit.exe

HKEY_CURRENT_USER -->Software-->Avaya-->Supervisor-->18.0-->Repositories

C:\Users\kumarsingh1\AppData\Roaming\Avaya\CMS Supervisor R18

Cause

Default value comes under repositories for PCCOWCustReport after supervisor restart on R18 version, its a known issue on the R18 version of the CMS supervisor.

C:\Users\kumarsingh1\AppData\Roaming\Avaya\CMS Supervisor R18

Solution

Known issue only on R18 CMS supervisor, that the Registry Key for Report Path will be overwritten with default values under repositories for PCCOWCustReport after supervisor restarts.

Workaround solution: Need to duplicate the acsCheckRegistry.exe file or rename it under C:\Program Files (x86)\Avaya\CMS Supervisor R18 .

You can simply create the copy of it and the try with the new path under repositories for PCCOWCustReport

HKEY_CURRENT_USER -->Software-->Avaya-->Supervisor-->18.0-->Repositories , it will not change after this.
