Problem Clarification

Immediately after launching the CMS Supervisor, the following errors pop up:

1)     The operation could not be completed.

Error:339 Location: Sub_Main" "The operation could not be completed out of memory. Error:7 Location: Sub_Main" The application fails to load.

 

2)     The operation could not be completed.

Error:339 - Component MSCOMCTL.OXC or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid. Location: Sub_Main

 

Note: CMS Supervisor is configured properly.

Cause

 

 

CMS Supervisor was corrupted, as it was a bad installation.

Solution

 

 

 

Reload CMS Supervisor.

1)     Removing the CMS supervisor application completely,

2)     Re-installed the application.
