AQM CTI ANI value shows the same value for all calls. Restarted QM service but only temporarily resolves the issue. Issue came back soon after.

QM CTI ANI value shows the same value for different calls.
From ACR searching result and log does not shows any relationship with the CTI ANI number 601800801860 that showing in QM. QM log also does not show this number related the call.
The issue randomly start to happen, same CTI ANI number showing to all recordings, sometimes it will become good if restarting QM service.
