Problem Clarification

As per the security requirements customer upgraded the Java from 7 to 8.91, since
then they are facing some security warnings while accessing the ACR/CRS from the
client machines.

Solution

As per the ACR admin guide :



Java Runtime

The latest version of Java 8 should be installed on the client PC.

When running under Windows 8.1 you should install both the 32-bit and 64-bit
versions of the Java runtime environment (JRE).



Could you please confirm you have installed both 32 and 64 bit if are running under
windows 8.1.
