Problem Clarification


ASM replies on INVITE from the CM with an " 407 Proxy Authentication Required" message, as can be seen below on the screenshot.

 

Cause

Configuration issue

Solution

There are two causes

1. Entity Link between CM and ASM is not configured in SMGR with correct port (5060 or 5061)

2. Configured Entity link between CM and ASM is not marked trusted.
