Fan 2 Sensor 5610 OK
Fan 3 Sensor 5670 OK
Fan 4 Sensor 5700 OK
Fan 5 Sensor 5640 OK

Cause

External conditions could be causing heating up of the media Gateway.

Solution

Identify the gateway to which the IP address in the alarm description belongs to either by using List usage command, List media gateway command or from Linux almdisplay -v.

Login to the Media Gateway via ssh and check for following parameters,

1. Fans ( sh fans)

2. Temperature (sh temp)

3. Voltages (sh voltages)

4. Utilization (sh utilization)

5. LED (test led)

6. Faults (test faults)

If all the above values are in the reference range then verify the external conditions surrounding the Media GW like the room temp, proximity of the GW with other devices

The AC might not be keeping the room cool.
