Problem Clarification

According the documentation,the latest AC and 1xC win is supporting TLS1.2.
But in the received sniffer traces, we can see that the clint does not offer TLS 1.2, only 1.0.
If the SBC is forcely set to TLS1.2, th connection is interupted during the TLS handshake.

Fix will be reelased in 2.1 SP4
Fix will be released in 6.2 SP12.

The one-x communicator SP12 is part of the one-x suite that contains the readme notes, the license, and the software itself all in one zip file.

The one-X Communicator install suite contains following packages and allows users to choose application(s) they want to install on their machines -

1. Avaya one-X® Communicator 6.2.12.04-SP12

2. Avaya Collaboration Services 6.6.6.8
