1) Verify that there is actually a license installed on the WebLM License Server.
2) There are several WebLM fixes included in 6.3 service packs, and 6.2 CM should be upgraded to current software for optimal performance.
Workaround: temporarily changed the weblmurl to the other CDOM, statuslicense -v, getlicent, then changed the weblmurl back to the correct CDOM address. (Each CM needs to use the WebLM in its own CDOM)
