Problem Clarification

"Bridged appearances must be removed before removal" error message is displayed

Cause

Multiple and cross-linked call appearances are added to the stations in question. Turned out that ASA is unable to handle these. This is considered a bug.

Solution

The device.dll file that is also attached to this article, needs to be replaced in the ASA installation folder /bin subfolder.

Please quit ASA before overwriting the file.
