When calling unassigned number in CM. Getting dead air instead of announcement recording

Problem Clarification

When calling an Unassigned number,  caller gets dead air instead of annoucement recording

Cause

No announcement file to play. CM was not seeing the Wav file on the G450 in slot 001v9

Solution

Deleted annoucement 2000005.
enabled annoucement board 001v9
add annoucement 2000005 back into system Resolved issue with getting dead air. Now seeing the wave file in CM

You can now see announcements on slot 001v9
