Cause

Per customer unable to remobe annoucement using VAL Manager, feature access code and/or ftp.

Removed annoucement 7509999 directly in MG 243 using MG commands.

The show annoucement file command shows empty.
 
Customer done test and remains playing announcement so he confitmed same anouncements is already uploaded in several MG´s, 244, 245,246, remove ann of all MG´s using same erase annoucement-file Vmail_Main2016.wav
 
After that remains playing announcememt so it was replied issue and colelcted list trace.

Per list trace to reach annoucement already reemoved in actual CM environment call goes to SIP trunk 1958 that connects other CM integration/environment.

Solution

Configuration customer issue induced per list trace provided instructions to custome revie other CM integratoion that is connected via SIP trunk 1958 and find and remove annocement using same MG command previously worrked to remove ann for all other CM environment components.

After removed issue resolved and was posible remobe annoucement,
