Problem Clarification

Attempting launch AAAD results in Script Error warning messages

Script Error An internal error occurred on this page: Error Object doesn't support property or method cookie

AAAD would launch successfully but would show script errors during start up.

Site is using a Start Page in CCMM User Settings

  -Home Page Enabled - checked
  -Home page URL defines the web page
  -Home Page Name - is defined

Cause

Possible proxy configuration at the customer's site

Solution

Work Around:

disable the proxy server settings in Internet Explorer on the client PC. (Internet Explorer select Tools ->Internet Options->Connections Tab ->LAN Settings and uncheck User proxy server for LAN

Customer to verify the Proxy Server Configuration for the Website configured in CCMM Configuration.
