Incoming faxing doesn't even though I think everything is programmed right. I've changed to ip-codec fax mode to all the options and none of them work however I do receive a different deniel event for each mode.

Problem Clarification

Fax M/c with seperate POT line - PSTN - SBC7 - CM7 - SM7 - AAM7

Fax call is failing with No FAX protocol, per AAM log, AAM can detect CNG tone and
change to FAX mode to receive the FAX and sends RE-INVITE, but getting response back
"488 Not Acceptable here".

Cause

SIP carrier has t.38 disabled

Solution

enable t.38 on sip carrier
