This is for Enterprise Model WebLM

EPM version : 6.0 and later

Problem Clarification

Customer have 2 EPMs.

Both are scheduled to get ALF license file on 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM every sunday. Both are on different time.

Customer is getting error Failed to install ALF for Local WebLM - IP Address : xx.xx.xx.xx. Return Code :- 1 Error message : Error installing License file corrupt, digital signature not valid. Obtain new license file.

Cause

Might be hidden log file under /var/tmp directory.

Do ls -la under that directory and you will find file like this. ##TC-Pl-VPMSVoice_Portal.l

Solution

We have deleted that hidden log file on friday and on following sunday 1:00 PM Master WebLM pushes again licenses to local WebLMs.

So it created new hidden file and got success with new ALF file
