 VMWARE: How to check software version of  AVP (Appliance Virtualization platform).

Cause

Solution

 Login in to ESXI host from SSH. (Note: - Bydefault SSH is disabled on ESXI host, you need to enable it by login in to vSphere client--> Configuration --> Software -->Security Profile-->Properties--> SSH )

 

Using command # cat /opt/avaya/etc/avaya-avp.version

For Example,

 # cat /opt/avaya/etc/avaya-avp.version

# Maj.Min.FP.SP.PATCH.BUILD

Release: 7.0.1.0.0.5

Sprint: 14

Build: 1

SVN: 372
