OneX Agent 2.5.8: Unable to upgrade from OneX Agent 2.5.5

When attempting to install 2.5.8, I double click the onexagentsetup.exe, I get an error that a later version already exists; installation cannot continue.

Problem Clarification

Customer is unable to upgrade to OneX Agent 2.5.8 from 2.5.5

Cause

Customer did not un-install Avaya OneX Agent 2.5.5

Solution

Please completely remove previous version of OneX Agnet and then try to upgrade. Avaya OneX Agnet can be downloaded from support.avaya.com
