Microsoft has release security update KB4012598 as a fix for the WannaCry virus. Avaya recommends that Microsoft Windows security patches be kept up to date on the Modular Messaging MAS servers.

Problem Clarification

When this patch is applied to the MAS it will prompt for a reboot. When the update wizard completes make sure to checkmark "Do not restart now" if you want to reboot the MAS later. The patch is not active until the server has been rebooted.
