IQ version 5.1
Multi Host

Cause

Login in to IQ reporting web page all container were having link up
Was also able to login into Admin web page
But when login into ApcUI web page which customer usually used to login into IQ page and click on my activities get the error""Report is not available at this time. Please try again later. Contact your system administrator if the proble persists."
Also on upside of webpage Data stream status was interrepted

Solution

1:cusomter is using Multi Host 6 server for each Admin ,DP,DC ,Database, reporting,RTD
2:Had recommended cusotmer to have restart their RTDTomcat on RTD host
if not working, then  service wdinit stop/start on RTD  host to have refresh the session.
Impact:ApcUI will not be available during but data collection will remain on
Logs can be check out in path /var/log/Avaya/CCR/RTD folder in RTD host
3:Post restart of RRTDTomcat container service issue got resolve both customer and i were able to get my activty page without any error e
Steps:
A:Check service status on RTD host
#cd /opt/coreservices/lifecycle/bin
#./lc ls
B:stop RTDTomcat container service
#./lc stop <container id>
c:Start RTDTomcat container service
#./lc start <container id>
D:check the web page sttaus for ApcUI URL which is used by cusotmer
E:Also on upside of ApcUI webpage Data stream status was active .
