Breeze:statapp command shows sal-agent as down and Watchdog 3/ 9 PARTIALLY UP

Problem Clarification

Watchdog          3/ 9 PARTIALLY UP

sal-agent         0/ 1 DOWN
dcm               1/ 1 UP
secmod            4/ 4 UP

Cause

The watchdog service which automatically monitors and controls the services had become out of sync with the sal-agent service. Maintenance sanity was getting Failed. also watchdog services were showing partially UP.

Solution

When trying to start the sal-agent via the watchdog, I got the following error.
[cust@localhost logging]$ start -s Watchdog -> Wait 10 min and then check statapp status may service will come up.
Application Watchdog cannot be started because watchd is not running.

Since maintenance test was getting failed, we had reboot Breeze via web but it does not worked.

Then, I had reboot breeze server from command line, which help to resolve this issue. Then check server status via web and check maintenance test - result would be success. also verify sync status from services ->Replication and select group.
