Problem Clarification

One user receives an error message about incorrect credentials when trying to use SSO to login to WFO web application.
The user was previously able to login to WFO web application using SSO and then started experiencing 'incorrect credentials' error message when using the same SSO method.
This happened to only one user on this site.
However, when using the manual method of typing the username and password on the Login Page of the WFO web application, the user was able to login successfully without issue.

Cause

Uncertain as this is related to an internal issue with the user's credential on the Active Directory.

Solution

Advised to have the server team work internally on the user's account in Active Directory for SSO. This is not WFO application since only one user is affected and the same user can login by typing the username and password manually on the WFO login page.
