Problem Clarification

Customer is concerned about vulnerabilities in Apache tomcat in Avaya IQ:
CVE-2007-1036 : https://access.redhat.com/security/cve/CVE-2007-1036

CVE-2012-0874 : https://access.redhat.com/security/cve/CVE-2012-0874

CVE-2013-4810 : https://access.redhat.com/security/cve/CVE-2013-4810

Cause

These vulnerabilities are fixed in IQ 5.3.0 for IQ Software only customers

 (IQCCR-1620 and IQCCR-1309).

Solution

IQ 5.3.0 is only available for software only solutions.

IQ 5.2.6 turnkey customers will have to move to Oceanalytics Elite. Attached is the PCN document for your reference for the upgrade path of IQ 5.2.6.
