IQ Database enquiry, can we know DB tables names associated with agentID, called number, caller number, skill number and ucid values.

Customer side want to know any place/document which we can find the IQ Architecture, Data Models and Tables.

Solution

We can access Data model thru’ any IQ OAM Admin Help as below.

1. Login to OAM Admin using user ‘avaya ‘ credentials.
2. Click Help in OAM Screen after you successfully logged in, it will open a new Window
3. Then click Communication Data Mart link in Contents Section.
4. Then Click data stream reference on the right hand side, which will open new window with Avaya IQ Data Stream Reference
5. From this you can find out the information - all IQ data Models/Structure/Tables you need.
