Problem Clarification

Report will not show information when the text display size on the PC is over 100 percent.

Cause

The text display size prevents showing data in the report.

Solution

Provided the designer report doc for R17

If they want the display to fit, they will have to customize the report where they can then specify font size and not try to do so with a zoom that does not affect the fixed table grid

Maximizing the report window can also help show the data.

Another option was

verified that reports appear normally through a web browser when screen fonts are re-sized
