Integrated reports are not working correct. They will not run for a 24 hour period. The report stalls and displays incorrect data including real-time queue information.

“Integrated reports are not working correct.  They will not run for a 24 hour period.  The report stalls and displays incorrect data including real-time queue information.”
 

This is not an issue, it is working as designed. Kindly refer page number 39 in the attached document.
 

“Note: The current CMS configurations and capabilities support running Supervisor reports for 24 hours only. If Supervisor reports run for more than 24 hours, CMS might not guarantee a proper data refresh.”
