Unable to playback WFO interactions - all users getting error," playback_error_user_abort" Unable to live monitor employees. All users seeing error, "error_loading_rtp".

Problem Clarification

Frontend WFO Interactions GUI is showing "error_loading_rtp"

Frontend WFO GUI is also showing raw database variables for menu options, example (monitor_agent) instead of Monitor Agent.

Cause

WFO Application server's C: (boot drive/ OS drive) had 0 bytes free.

Cultprit appears to be inetpub folder's log folder containing 55 gb of logs. Appears to have enhanced debugging enabled possibly. Recommend investigating further to disable if possible.

Solution

Move inetpub logs off the boot/ OS drive to another location. Freed up 35GB.

- Reboot WFO Database Server
(wait until it's completely back up)
- Reboot WFO APP Server
(wait until it's completely back up)
- Retest the reported problem.
