You would use the same process and add the CA certificates from any AES servers.
Security>Certificate Management>CA Trusted Export button and you will be presented with a window that contains the installdir/keystore/cacerts
Certificates:
-Select the new CA Root Certificate via the associated tick box.
-Now click on the CA Root cert in a textual format
-Copy the entire contents of this text (including the -----BEGIN CERTIFICATE and END CERTIFICATE lines) and paste it into a filename of your choosing - a sensible choice would be the name of the CA cert
-Save this file in the ACR under installdir/keystore/cacerts (NOTE: Make sure the ownership of the .pem file is witness)
