Problem Clarification

LSP restarted

2018/01/21 02:02　Received reboot trap from LSP

※G450 did not reboot

Application CommunicaMgr (31720) terminated

・_WD 20

WARNING: Max retries exceeded restarting application CommunicaMgr (31720)

Cause

some translation data corrupted thus CM did reset by watchd

There were 2 restarts in that day .

The first restart is triggered by a daily filesync where LSP server is supposed to restart CM, hence the CM restart is kind of expected reboot.

For the second restart,after the normal CM reloaded requested (internally) by a filesync , CM did another reset by the watchd because some translation data corrupted

Solution

current system is normal and the issue only happened once. So recommended customer to ignore these alarms.
