SBCE: SBCE sends 500 Server Internal Error due to DNS failure

SCBE running on 7.2.1/ 8.0 (can be any)

Problem Clarification

New Installation to an Service Provider
After the SCBE sends the INVITE, it sends out 500 Server Internal Error.

Cause

Service Provider issue.
the SBCE receives an Session Progress Message where at the Record-Route is an unknown IP.
The SCBE can not handle this unknown IP and at the logs can be seen :DOMAIN name not found.

case 2:
Invite comming with:
Route: <sip:123456@podasmdns:5060;lr> 
DNS x.x.x.41 server couln't resolve it.

Solution

Add this domain name to the DNS server at the customer site.

or 

Use static IP of the server in SBC configurations

Ask from SP to remove Route header from Invite:

Route: <sip:123456@podasmdns:5060;lr>
