Problem Clarification

Communication Manager (LSP) webpage was not loading. Not getting login prompt.

SSH (shell) access to LSP was working fine.

Cause

Not known

Solution

1.       Checked disk space and it was normal.

2.       Run “statapp” command to check to services status. All services were up.

3.       Run “netstat” command to check port status. It was in “Listen” mode.

4.       After all above steps, Reboot LSP which fixed the issue.
