Problem Clarification

 Media Gateway G 450 is down and does not reset

Cause

Trunks were down and later found that the Media Gateway G 450 does not reset.
Even a RST is done, it comes UP for 5 mins and again goes down.
Power Cylce of the MG does not work.

Solution

 Replace the Media Gateway.

Depending on the process raisea CRQ or speak to the Incident Management team onsite and follow the replacement process asap.
