Steps for fixing the issue:
1) Install aes1 - with the same SP5, LSU3, ASL patches
2) Installed aes2 - with the same SP5, LSU3, ASL patches
3) Configured aes1 and aes2 with IPs.
4) Setup the same passwords on both aes servers
5) Restore the data to aes1
6) Check for network ANY settings
7) Check for interfaces configuration
8) Checked files listed below - and - in the restore there were incorrect entries if the issue happens.
9) adjusted files:
/etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf
/etc/httpd/conf.d/ssl.conf
/usr/share/tomcat5/conf/server.xml
to have entries as you recommended
10) Setup AES HA with Virtual IP for eth0
11) Start AES HA
12) Verify all
13) Interchange to aes standby with success and see if able to login via old_aes2 IP address and via vitrual_eth0 IP address !!
14) Verify all
15) Interchange back to aes primary with success amd see of able to login via aes1 IP address and via vitrual_eth0 IP address !!
NOTE: Step 8 and 9, is for knowing the issue purpose, if you're sure about the issue, skip these steps.
