Both Primary and Secondary servers were in a active state
Primary and secondary ACCS server are getting in active mode
AACC 7.1.0.2

Problem Clarification

Primary and secondary ACCS server are getting in active mode and like this entering Grace period license module.

Cause

The ACCS servers can not connect to the WEBLM server and the main server's License service is failing to connect to the database

Solution

Client needs to check the connections between the ACCS and WEBLM servers as well as check the changes that may have been made
