Garbled characters are included in some headers of CMS Supervisor’s real time report  Split/Skill report.
The CMS Supervisor version on customer’s site is 16LA31, but when they verified this in their lab with 18.0.MA.48, same issue also occurred.

Problem Clarification

*******is included in the header of some of CMS Supervisor’s real time report>> Split/Skill report .
When they first displayed the report, it seemed normal, but, for example, if they double click the longest waiting call, *******will be displayed.
Also, when they tried to export data, some of the header will turn into *******, and the header cannot be displayed correctly.

Cause

This is a Supervisor product bug/defect

Solution

It will be in the next build of CMS PC Supervisor R18.1.MB.07 client, which is currently scheduled for GA on December 10th, 2018
