Problem Clarification

WebLM for the AMS B-channels (license count for VALUE_CM_AMS_VOIP_CHLS) shows 0% usage

Cause

Customer wants to see license usage % info on WebLM for the AMS B-channels (license count for VALUE_CM_AMS_VOIP_CHLS). They can see the usage in CM, but they would like to see the info produced in SMGR.

Solution

License count for VALUE_CM_AMS_VOIP_CHLS is innternally tracked on CM only, Current usage can be checked by "display capacity" CM SAT command. No license count / usage % is tracked on SMGR / WebLM.. This works as designed. If change of current behaviour is required, then a GRIP request needs to be submitted.
