Avaya Cloud Phone desktop app
Login to the portal using your account.
Ensure you have selected My extension next to your login details at the top
Go to More>Apps and resources>Click Desktop app
Select your device by clicking the dropdown arrow and click Download.

Mobile Apps
Avaya Cloud Office for iOS is available from the Apple App Store, search for "Avaya Cloud Office"

Note: Downloads are also available after you have logged into your Service Web portal. Select More from the top menu, then Desktop apps or Mobile Apps as required. If you are an Administrator, ensure you have selected My extension next to your login details at the top.
Note: Unified Desktop App Classic [RingCentral branded]
Support for the RingCentral unified app "Classic" version is ending.
