Problem Clarification

Calls that use Authorization code don't show their duration in SMDR output.

Cause

Bug in IP Office makes the SMDR output for call duration to be 00:00:00. This just happens in calls that use Authorization code.

Solution

To fix this problem the upgrade needs to be done to 8.1(67) or higher.
