Details

Customer needs a list of approved Microsoft Patches that can be installed on AACC and WFO servers.

Problem Clarification

Customer need Avaya Hotfix Compatibility matrix which is located at avaya.com.

Cause

Customer could not find this information at avaya.com Support site.

Solution

1. Navigate to https://support.avaya.com/
2. Click Documents.
3. In the product search field, search for Avaya Aura Contact Center.
4. Select the most recent GA release. The hotfix compatibility matrix will always be listed under the most recent release.
5. In the Filters pane on the left, select Security Advisories.
6. Next, right Click on Contact Center Portfolio Service Packs Compatibility and save target as.

In Support.avaya.com goto > Support by Product > Choose Product (Avaya Aura® Contact Center) > Product Documents tab > Contact Center Portfolio Service Packs Compatibility.
