1. Navigate to https://support.avaya.com/
2. Click Documents.
3. In the product search field, search for Avaya Aura Contact Center.
4. Select the most recent GA release. The hotfix compatibility matrix will always be listed under the most recent release.
5. In the Filters pane on the left, select Security Advisories.
6. Next, right Click on Contact Center Portfolio Service Packs Compatibility and save target as.
In Support.avaya.com goto > Support by Product > Choose Product (Avaya Aura® Contact Center) > Product Documents tab > Contact Center Portfolio Service Packs Compatibility.
