Problem Clarification

Customer used to have IP agent. Now they rolled out One-X Agent version 2.5.5
After that none of the agents displayed the incoming caller name/number.

If agent logs in to hard phone, everything was fine

Cause

The stations on which the agents werlogging in had station type 606A1 (Call Master)

Solution

The softphone station type has to be modified for 9620 (in case SIP phone 9620SIP has to be selected)
