Using chrome browser, give the username and password in login webpage, the webpage will request username and password again.

ACR version is R12

Using chrome browser, give the username and password in login webpage, the webpage will request username and password again.

Cause

The ACR is only supporting IE browser. Chrome is not supported.

Solution

Use IE browser instead of Chrome.

Rest the user's configuration, IE browser can be used.
