Problem Clarification

agent login/logout report could only display records for several days

Cause

working as designed.

issue due to DSA restriction, it only allows 100000 records of login/logout information,

echo "select count (*) from haglog" | dbaccess cms@$informixserver

returns value of 100028 rows, which says in database there are already 100028 records hence no more records will be saved and displayed.

Solution

modify DSA settings to accommodate more records
